Terry Kellogg was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama in 2010. He joined the organization in 1982 as Vice President & Chief Actuary. He has also served as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and President & Chief Operating Officer. A member of United Way’s Executive Committee for over eight years, Kellogg has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee and as board Treasurer. He and his wife Laura are members of United Way’s Tocqueville Society. Kellogg received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Kansas. He currently serves on the boards of the Birmingham Business Alliance and the Greater Alabama Council- Boy Scouts of America. He is Past Chairman of the Business Council of Alabama . Professionally, he is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Steve Pollock leads DentaQuest, the second largest dental benefits administrator in the United States, and the largest for Medicaid. DentaQuest is a purpose driven, double bottom line company whose mission is to improve the oral health of all. Through our dental benefits administration, care delivery, philanthropy, science and education we are transforming systems. Pollock has been with the organization since 1999, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer, with oversight for all business segments. During his tenure at the company, he has led the growth of DentaQuest from 2.3 million members to more than 23 million members in 30 states today. Pollock serves on the Boards of the Massachusetts Association of Health Plans, the DentaQuest Foundation, the DentaQuest Institute and the Delta Dental Plans Association. He is a member of the Massachusetts Business Roundtable, NYU School of Dentistry Dean’s Advisory Committee and Boston College Chief Executives Club. He is also a member of the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion. He is a former Board member of Oral Health America, a national organization dedicated to improving oral health. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and a certified public accountant in Ohio. Pollock holds a B.B.A. from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

As CEO of one of the region’s largest health plans that provides health insurance coverage across the life span regardless of age or circumstance, Tom defines the company’s strategic plan, ensuring Tufts Health Plan maintains its strong culture of quality, innovation and customer service. Tom joined Tufts Health Plan in 2007 as chief operating officer and was named president in 2013. Tom is the current chair of the Massachusetts Association of Health Plans, which represents local insurers and is dedicated to improving the health of the Commonwealth by promoting affordable, safe and coordinated health care. He is a member of the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion, a commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace; New England Council; Massachusetts Business Roundtable; Rhode Island Quality Institute; and America’s Health Insurance Plans. He also serves as a board member emeritus for the Alzheimer’s Association Massachusetts/New Hampshire chapter. He is a past member of the board of directors of the National Committee on Quality Assurance and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. He is a chartered life underwriter.
