What is a Store Driver?
Entry level store position capable of supporting delivery of parts to commercial customers. The role has the responsibility to deliver parts to our commercial customers and assist with task and inventory processes in the store. This position can be part time or full time and must be fleet safety certified.

What You Can Expect Working in the Welder Position
A Welder I is responsible for the welding and final installation of steel components in the production of residential and commercial storm shelters, engineered metal buildings, and other industrial buildings. In this role, you will be required to work with cranes, jigs, torches, plasma, hand tools, and welding machines on a continual basis as well as meeting RGDS Quality Standards. As a Welder, you are integral in supporting RedGuard Diversified Structures' goal of delivering customers a quality product on time.
Responsibilities
Proficiently welds components in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions.
Prepares and sets up materials for welding, including using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Operates welding equipment, including power tools and material handling equipment like overhead cranes
Maintains schedule and budgets for the task at hand and the overall project.
Cross-trains and uses additional trade skills in multiple stages of the manufacturing process as assigned.
Follows established safety and security rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work area and environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Capable of passing weld tests with proven experience in Short Arc and Spray Arc MIG welding.
Knowledge of proper welding techniques.
Work in such a way as to create limited scrap or rework and work to continually improve the quality level.
Basic math skills with the ability to read a tape measure.
Ability to pass company-required welding certifications.
Ability to successfully use the following hand tools: grinders, tape measure, squares, come-a-longs, torches, plasma, and other tools specific for the job task.

Protect product from theft by securing vehicle properly, checking all items in and notifying direct Chain of Command, should product appear to be missing or if employee knows someone has taken the product.
Alert other drivers of the food bank truck to practices necessary to properly and safely maintain the truck.
Assist with food drives and duties as assigned including extra donation pick-ups or warehousing as determined by the Branch Director, Inventory Manager, Food Drive Coordinator and COO. Report inconsistencies to Branch Director to be mitigated in cooperation with COO.

Must keep loading dock clear and organized to accommodate receiving and free of any obstruction which may inhibit receiving:
Stack/Organize pallets, Roll up hose(s), Remove waste and waste containers
Keep truck pad free of obstructions, stow all equipment properly
Sanitize trucks, back dock, truck pad as necessary
Report any damages to loading ramps or vehicles to the Branch Director
Report any noted issues with function of
any route delivery or pick-up equipment,

Communicate with repair personnel in order to keep Branch Director and COO informed of availability of functional vehicles.

Complete all logs and reports
