Desirable Qualifications: Experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Experience supervising a technical program or other analytic function. Familiarity with various modeling methods for scenario modeling such as, for example, econometric modeling and/or end-use engineering models. Experience with programing/coding in Python, R, SAS, or similar programs, and experience with spreadsheet and/or database software, such as Microsoft Excel. Solid experience with project management techniques. Ability to build a team and direct, motivate, and earn the respect of staff. Ability to manage and resolve conflict, and to productively collaborate and exchange ideas with individuals whose analysis may represent difficult conclusions or contrary opinion.
