Before Calendly, Annie led Glassdoor’s product vision and user experience for job seekers and employers around the world. She has led enterprise product teams at Box, including before and after its 2015 IPO, and was the VP of Product and a founding member of Xpert Financial. Annie was honored as one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business in 2019 by the San Francisco Business Times. She holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College. She loves spending time outdoors, especially skiing, hiking, and running.

As CMO, Moran leads all aspects of marketing including brand awareness, demand generation, and product marketing to support Calendly’s more than $100 million annual recurring revenue business. During his year-long tenure as CRO, Moran quadrupled the size of the go-to-market team as a result of building the sales organization to meet Calendly’s surging enterprise demand. Prior to Calendly, he served as the Chief Customer Officer of Salesforce-acquired Quip and CMO of New Relic.

Roy is responsible for designing and scaling a solution to give users two of the most precious resources available: more time and improved collaboration. This mission drives his undying passion and focus on excellence. Prior to joining Calendly, Roy built high-performing engineering teams for multiple high-growth organizations including Sharecare and The Weather Channel. He studied computer science at the Georgia Institute of Technology and calls Atlanta his home. Roy is an outdoor enthusiast with a running problem that often compels him to run ultra distances through forest trails as a hobby.

Tina holds 25+ years of experience in the SaaS and management consulting industries. Previously, she was Chief Customer Officer at WP Engine, where she built and scaled the customer experience team to serve hundreds of thousands globally. Before that, she was VP of Client Services at Bazaarvoice and Director of Client Services at Inquisite, where she grew sales nearly 110% in two years. Her teams have earned 13 Stevie Awards for customer experience and service. She holds a BBA and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring with her two daughters and husband.

Frank and his team are responsible for the overall security of Calendly’s platform and business, including application security, infrastructure security, corporate security, and compliance.

Prior to joining Calendly, Jeff spent his time as a strategic consultant to many high-growth software companies across the globe. As Chief People Officer at Atlassian, he was instrumental in driving a successful IPO and growth agenda to go from 300 team members and $100M in revenue to 2000+ and over $600M. Jeff holds a Master's in Sociology from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and a Master's in HR Management from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He is the proud father of 3 amazing boys, enjoys playing competitive basketball, and is an avid Napa wine fan.

As CRO, Ahlering leads Calendly’s sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, and partnerships functions. She focuses on accelerating Calendly’s momentum in the enterprise to help large organizations realize the value of scheduling automation, while overseeing sales to expand the company’s international reach.

Ahlering is a seasoned leader with nearly 20 years of experience building and scaling high performance revenue teams. Previously, she led global sales, customer success, and revenue operations at Glassdoor, where she helped grow the company from less than $10 million in revenue to several hundred million and through a $1.2 billion acquisition. Earlier in her career, she held multiple positions in sales leadership at ACTIVE Network where she helped grow the company to more than $500 million in revenue and towards IPO. She is a Limited Partner for Stage 2 Capital.

Rebecca Chu is a Chief of Staff at Calendly and is based in Greater Atlanta Area. She has worked as Chief of Staff at The Kindezi Schools, Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Kindezi Schools, and Association Manager at FirstService Residential. Rebecca studied at Kennesaw State University between 2009 and 2012.
