* 3+ years of experience within a customer facing environment

Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive Bonus
The incremental bonus is $0.05 to $0.15/mile above 3,999 during the four-week bonus period. The operator must qualify for all four weeks of the bonus period with no accidents, claims, CSA points, citations, or service failures.
Miles 0 - 3,999 = $0.00
Miles 4,000 - 5,999 = $0.05/mile
Miles 6,000 - 7,999 = $0.10/mile
Miles 8,000+ = $0.15/mile

The operator has 4 safe weeks during the bonus period and runs 8,650 dispatched miles during this time. The operator will earn:
No extra pay for miles 0 - 3,999
$0.05/mile for miles 4,000 - 5,999 = $99.95 (1,999 miles)
$0.10/mile for miles 6,000 - 7,999 = $199.90 (1,999 miles)
$0.15/mile for miles over 8,000 = $97.50 (650 miles)
Total monthly bonus payout: $397.50
