Caliber Collision benefits

There wasn't any. The General mangers are never around, everyone is burnt out and overworked. Employee retention is a joke. When someone quits they don't find replacements they just expect the estimators to do it all. Parts, write estimates, check in cars, detail cars.. run front desk. You name it. You essentially are the GM just without their pay or acknowledgement. Also the GMs can change the surveys out of your name at the end of the month to reduce your bonus
