The company is in the consumer packaged goods industry which is relevant, and I got to learn more about the industry, manufacturing, warehousing, and sales. Most of the people were also friendly and down to Earth, making the job much more enjoyable.
There where clear business issues that were acknowledged but not fixed during the time I was there. There was a lack of dependability with our 3rd party partners, and unrealistic expectations that could not be met between the sales and logistics teams.
My favorite benefit is surely health care since it is essential for well being.
