Dustin Corcoran is Chief Executive Officer for the California Medical Association (CMA), a non-profit professional organization of over 43,000 physicians dedicated to protecting public health and promoting the science and art of medicine. As CEO, Mr. Corcoran has the responsibility for the overall supervision, direction and control of the business and staff of CMA.

Mr. Corcoran has advocated tirelessly for California physicians and patients since 1998. He started at CMA as the membership coordinator for the association's political action committee. Within a year, Mr. Corcoran moved to CMA's Center for Government Relations where he worked under the guidance of the legendary Steve Thompson as a staff lobbyist.

When Mr. Thompson passed away in 2004, Dustin succeeded him as Vice President of Government Relations where he managed CMA’s overall legislative program. In 2009, Mr. Corcoran was promoted to Senior Vice President, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of CMA, as well as the Center for Government Relations and ultimately became CEO in February of 2010.

• In 2005, Mr. Corcoran was named “Most Effective Lobbyist Under 40” by AroundtheCapitol.com.

• Since 2009, Mr. Corcoran has been listed annually on Capitol Weekly’s top 100 power brokers in California - most recently, in 2016, listed at number 23.

• In 2012, Mr. Corcoran’s work as CMA’s chief executive officer was recognized when he was named to the Sacramento Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list of top business and civic leaders.

• In 2014, Mr. Corcoran chaired the campaign to defeat Proposition 46, successfully protecting the Medical Injury Compensation Reform Act (MICRA) from an attack by the trial lawyers.

• In 2016, Mr. Corcoran spearheaded the launch of a startup company dedicated to providing physicians the population health tools and services necessary to embrace value-based contracts.

Harmony Negrin is an Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer at California Medical Association and is based in Sacramento, California. She has worked as Financial Advisor at EQUITABLE ADVISORS LLC, Regional Vice President at AXA DISTRIBUTORS LLC, and Project Manager - Wholesaler Efficiency at AXA DISTRIBUTORS LLC. Harmony studied at Saint Mary's College of California between 2010 and 2013.

Jesse Martin is a Chief Strategy Officer, CMA Physician Services at California Medical Association and is based in California. He has worked as Health Care Regulatory Associate at Crowell & Moring LLP, Health Policy and Legislative Analyst at Covered California, and Summer Associate at Crowell & Moring LLP. Jesse attended University of California - UC Berkeley, UCLA School of Law, and UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.

Lance R. Lewis is the Chief Operating Officer and CFO of the California Medical Association (CMA), a nonprofit organization representing nearly 50,000 licensed physicians and surgeons in the State of California. Mr. Lewis has direct responsibility for the financial and operational support centers of the organization. These functional areas include the Departments of Finance and Administration, Membership Dues Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology and Facilities Management. Mr. Lewis is also the CFO for the CMA and all of its subsidiary operating companies.

Mr. Lewis maintains a relentless focus on the cultural interaction between individuals and teams across the entire company by emphasizing the need for teamwork. He does this by persuading others to see themselves as integral to achieving the company’s goals and by creating enthusiasm for tackling obstacles to success through cooperation, mutual reliance and accountability.

During his tenure as COO/CFO. Mr. Lewis has transformed the budgeting process from a traditional method to an activity-based costing model, orchestrated the sale of a subsidiary and created a perpetual endowment, and devised a new integrated Association Management System connecting CMA to 42 component medical organizations and related-subsidiaries. He played a key role in transforming CMA's 158 year-old corporate governance mechanism, ushering in a new era of proactive, rather than reactive decision-making.

Most recently, Mr. Lewis helped launch PSO Services, LLC, a national healthcare solutions company that offers products and services to help independent physicians take advantage of value-based contracts by improving quality and lowering cost. He is the company's first CEO.

Mr. Lewis holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Mr. Lewis was named CFO of the Year by the Sacramento Business Journal in 2017.
