Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries both in person and over the phone. Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation accurately. Helping to create a positive work environment and culture of the clinic ensuring that patients needs are taking care of during transitional periods of therapy. Help provide customer service, a smile. Administrative Support: Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
