I lead Exelon’s strategic planning, sustainability, and innovation programs. In my capacity as Head of Corporate Strategy and Chief Innovation Officer, I convene and facilitate executive level sessions to build consensus on a vision of the energy future, and lead several programs that serve as mechanisms for Exelon to act on its beliefs, including Exelon’s R&D and innovation programs. In my role as Chief Sustainability Officer, I lead Exelon’s climate change strategy as well as its overall Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program. I am Co-founder of the Exelon Foundation’s Climate Change Investment Initiative (2c2i) which makes Mission-Related Investments (MRI) in early stage energy, mobility, agriculture, and water startups to advance climate mitigation and resiliency in communities.In addition to my corporate leadership, I devote myself to philanthropic activities that are aligned with my passion for arts and nature. I serve as Treasurer of the board of The Nature Conservancy - Illinois Chapter, and am a board member of Writers Theatre in Glencoe, Illinois. I was recently invited to join Fast Company’s Impact Council, and was named to Crain’s Chicago Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list.
