Ahmad Boura is a Vice President for University Advancement and Chief Executive Officer of the University Foundation at California State University, Chico and is based in Chico, California. She joined CSU, Chico in 2002 after working in the consulting and wireless communications industries.

Dr. Banks holds a PhD in technology management from Indiana State University. She is also a Chico State alumna with a bachelor’s degree in instructional technology and a master’s degree in business administration.

John Reid is a Police Chief at California State University, Chico and is based in Chico, California. He has worked as Adjunct Faculty at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Police Chief at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and Police Chief at California State University Channel Islands.
