Karl grew up in the healthcare laundry industry, working alongside his father before heading off to college. Mr. Fillip received a B.A. in Accounting & Finance and a Master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago. Karl has been with NOVO Health Services since November 2016 and has was named CEO in December 2021. Mr. Fillip also worked directly with senior management of portfolio companies on key initiatives including strategic planning, lean implementations, reorganizations, hiring of key executives, and add-on acquisitions. Prior to joining Brookstone, Mr. Fillip worked at Deloitte serving Fortune 200 Manufacturing clients focusing on mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate restructurings.
