Requirements
Professional and Technical Knowledge:
Possesses a basic level of written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills and mathematical knowledge at a level typically acquired through completion of a general studies high school program.
Possesses specific knowledge of customer service, callcenter and patient scheduling processes and practices, typically learned on the job, or which may include a series of training sessions that would comprise a few weeks if done consecutively.
Technical Skills:
Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm and data entry skills.
Demonstrates necessary proficiency with all electronic clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and scheduling systems.
Familiar with Microsoft Outlook & Word.
Communications Skills:
Possesses ability to effectively communicate information that is complex and/or technical to co-workers and others.
Able to exercise tact and diplomacy in the resolution of mild conflicts or disagreements that occur on the job that would be considered at a level of basic “customer service”.
Prepares effectively written communication (e.g., correspondence, memos, letters, emails) conveying information.
Effectively communicates information during informal and formal verbal interactions.
Fluency in Spanish highly desirable.

* Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).

Safran Cabin Materials located in Marysville, WA is recruiting for a: Customer Service Representative 2 7:00am to 3:30pm M-F The Customer Service Representative requires a high level of internal customer engagement, plus the capability to coordinate successful integrated product offerings. Works in coordinating, supporting, improving the commercial process & positively influence customer happiness. Responsible for coordinating customer requests, processes customer orders quotes, maintains front line communication with the customers. Update changes of order dates and ensure adherence with contractual obligations. Accountable for performance KPIs used to monitor department performance. Additional responsibility includes escalation of customer issues to the Manager as needed. Job duties include but are not limited to: Receive and process intercompany purchase orders. Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, invoices or returns. Provide accurate information regarding availability, lead times, special orders, etc. Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery & expedite as needed. Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints. Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Manage time effectively, meet personal goals & work effectively with other members of the team. Communicate to the purchasing & planning departments unexpected increases or decreases in demand for products. Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal & other common office equipment/software. Follow company policies and procedures. Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors. Active participation in operational improvement activities. Other task as needed & flexibility is key. Willing to work overtime as needed.
