Project Coordinator - Scheduler - Administrative Essential Functions: Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of their project to improve the customer experience and increase revenue streams via referral and repeat business. Partner with assigned sales reps and serve as point of contact (POC) post-sale for all customers to make them feel cared for and engender their consumer trust. Delight customers by providing a consistently excellent customer experience commiserate with our world-class product. Keep continuous communications with assigned customers to ensure that all questions and concerns about their project are addressed and satisfied, to include service immediately post-install. Contact customers after sale to confirm best times and methods of contact and answer any immediate questions or concerns that they may have. Close out projects with customers upon completion of their project to collect feedback for recognition or improvement. Based on this feedback, pass on customer information as needed to other departments involved and follow up accordingly on the customer's behalf. Solicit referral business from past customers using, but not limited to, the following methods - closeout calls, survey results, online reviews, etc. via phone conversations and email. Cancel out any jobs requesting termination of their contract. Administer the change in the system and email the customer and the sales rep to inform of the cancellation. Request a refund if needed from accounting. Rebate and tax letters provided upon request to customers. Adjust backend contract amounts per management and accounting requests. Attend Exceptions Meeting to provide updates on various customers regarding signing of amendments, missing deposits or any other pertinent information to get jobs ordered at a weekly meeting. Create a weekly list of outstanding items to request from reps and installation managers. Provide feedback to sales and production management as necessary. Entry Level - Customer Service - Retail Job Requirements Experience in a sales environment and ability to multitask and stay organized. Must be fluent with word, excel, email, PCS, IPad functions and any other basic computer functions. Must be willing to jump in and assist where ever is needed and maintain a positive outlook to constantly inspire the sales force. The ideal candidate will possess: 2+ years of customer service experience Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet, and general computer proficiency. Experience using SalesForce. Strong phone etiquette and verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Time and work process management skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Duties Include: · Answer 24-hour 988 crisis line calls, providing empathetic and compassionate support. · Assess suicide risk and other safety-related concerns along with evaluating the needs of the callers. · Making the least restrictive level of care recommendations and coordinating care for the callers. · Conduct outreach calls to individuals identified in need of support. · Develops complex intervention plans to address the clinical needs of callers. · Collaborates with the Wyandot Mental Health Center teams and other community agencies to advocate for callers. · Helps develop safety plans to best support the health and wellness of callers. · Forwarding of all necessary documentation regarding services provided and assisting with data collection in support of Program goals. Maintains needed training to meet job expectations, compliance, and position competency. Follows and complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, laws, and standards including all job-specific guidelines and codes. Follows all organizational and departmental policies, procedures, and practices including those outlined in the employee handbook or other work-related references and resources. Upholds and activity demonstrate the Mission, Vision, and Values in all interactions. Upholds confidentiality and proper safeguarding and handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) as outlined under the provisions of HIPAA privacy regulations [Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996], related policies and practices. Clinicians must also maintain knowledge of best practice information with regard to the provision of quality services and support for Clients. · The Clinician must be self-directed. The Clinician will have access to their supervisor on an ongoing basis through face-to-face contact, via email, and through written correspondence or telephone. The Clinician must be able to judge the need for consultation with their supervision as the majority of duties are performed with limited supervision. · Clinician must be familiar with risk management issues and safety procedures to ensure that consistent efforts are made for implementation. Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesu Client Care & Communication Answer 50-65 inbound calls daily with compassion, professionalism, and patience. Offer support and follow-through for clients facing financial, transportation, or resource barriers. Operational Excellence Actively contribute to achieving department goals through efficiency, teamwork, and customer excellence. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas. Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, HIPAA, confidentiality, and all federal and state regulations.
