Responsible for maintaining a full time on site Condition Monitoring services ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Leads condition monitoring program setup or for clients as required, including but not limited to:
a. Building and maintaining CM technology databases to applicable I-care and client-required standards.
2. Responsible for communication and education between the company and clients, including but not limited to:
a. Communicating the I-care deliverables to the client.
b. Conduct technology awareness sessions for clients as requested.
c. Submit documented case studies for customers to support machine life cycle improvement.

a. Collect technology data in accordance with I-Care and best practice industry standards.

Ensure the CallCenter is meeting or exceeding callcenter metrics around average speed of answer, abandoned rate, average handle time, call quality and other key metrics identified.
Resolve tier II and tier III escalations from CallCenter Representatives; gather colleague information, call colleague with resolution and document problem history / detail in Salesforce and / or my Leave.
Recommend to the management team programs and practices that will enhance productivity, reduce costs, maintain / exceed service levels and support a center of excellence.
Assist CallCenter Representatives with escalated issues to ensure unique circumstances are handled within the scope of federal, state, and company policies and raised proactively to management as needed for appropriate resolution.
Collaborate with other CallCenter Supervisors, Case Management and the CallCenter Manager, Enterprise Absence Management to attend meetings with colleagues, leaders, or HRBPs as needed to resolve high level leave issues.
Work with the CallCenter Manager, Enterprise Absence Management and Workforce Data Analyst to manage workload and staffing, understand and predict workload changes and respond in advance to maintain consistent levels of colleague service.
Provide mentoring, coaching and support to develop CallCenter Representatives to prepare them for a career path within the Leave of Absence Department and / or the organization.
Job Requirements: This position requires 3-4 years of CallCenter experience.
