KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables from initiation through completion. Support senior team members with project-related communications and client coordination. Anticipate challenges and develop real-time solutions to maintain project momentum. Coordinate programming activities with internal and external resources, including staff, consultants, and contractors. Provide regular project updates, documentation, and reports for client stakeholders. Coordinate on-site activities and ensure alignment between local teams, vendors, and client standards. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through lessons learned and best-practice sharing. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. (Note: This position is not suited for candidates with an IT-focused background.) 5-7 years of experience managing construction, renovation, or design-build projects up to $500K Strong understanding of design and construction methodologies, sequencing, and documentation. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and timeliness. Experience with client-specific project management systems (e.g., PMWeb) Experience with developing Work Authorizations under existing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) The position requires on-site presence at the client's Columbus, Ohio location up to five days a week.
