What does a day as a Member Solutions Representative look like?
As a Member Solutions Representative, you will be the first point of contact between members and our member solutions department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Contacting delinquent accounts by phone, mail, and text message. Taking appropriate action to bring the account current or creating a payment plan.
Analyzes the financial situation of delinquent borrowers and makes recommendations on how to remedy the delinquency. This could include payment plans and repossession of assets.
Maintains accurate files and reports on all collections activities on assigned accounts. Accurately maintains documentation necessary to fully detail activities on assigned accounts.
Informs management of trends being noted within delinquent files.
