Salary: Starting pay $18 per hour, with opportunities for shift differentials. Higher rates are available for candidates with additional language skills and educational qualifications. Hours: This is a 24/7 operation; therefore, flexible scheduling is required. Initial training will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for two weeks, with the possibility of extending up to four weeks. Training includes a nesting period, during which you will work alongside experienced team members who will provide real-time support and coaching as you transition into handling calls independently.
