Essential Functions
+ Multitask using technology systems to coordinate rescue for AAA Members in need of roadside assistance.
+ Partner with Territory/Fleet Managers to gain a better understanding of their territory.
+ Update the information system and keep the member informed of all requested services.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
+ Clear and proficient verbal and written communication even under pressure
+ Advanced computer, relevant applications, telephone and dispatch/radio skills
+ Common knowledge of vehicle components and the common reasons for vehicle failure
+ Demonstrates problem solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety as well as the ability to discern safety issues and respond appropriately
+ toggle and navigate through multiple applications for simultaneous use
+ Type 45 WPM
+ Bilingual communication skills (Required)
