We are seeking an experienced RN ( Registered Nurse ) to fill our ADON position at Marymount Manor
ADON ( Assistant Director of Nursing ) - RN Pay & Perks:

Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) - RN Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing an experienced nursing department
Work with staffing manager to ensure optimal resident care
Work along side nursing staff on the floor to ensure consistent and reliable care of residents
Conduct in-service and education among nursing staff
Participate in medical reviews of new and existing residents as level of care may change
ADON has a working knowledge of general nursing services, rehabilitation, therapy, supervision and resident centered care.
Knowledge of medications, actions and reactions as well as use of general medical equipment.
Conduct regularly scheduled meetings like care plans with families, MDS, Quality Improvement, IDT, Medicare Review as well as other meetings as directed
Complete chart audits to ensure proper documentation of resident care
Take scheduled week for on-call coverage assignment
Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) - RN - Qualifications:
Current and valid Missouri RN license.
Assisted Living, Long Term Care/SNF or related experience.
Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia is a plus.
Be a self-starter and able to work independently.
Experience in staff member relations including training and development.
Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
