These packages are designed to highlight our resorts and allow customers to experience what it's like to own their vacations. Though no two days are the same at Travel + Leisure, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Receive inbound calls transferred from various sources to promote company products.
* Sell approved vacation packages at 15+ locations (including Hawaii, California, Florida, and many more) to customers over the phone.
* Explain the details and sales terms of vacation offers.
* Determine guest eligibility to qualify for and purchase timeshare offers.
* Answer all customer questions appropriately and effectively.
* Provide outstanding service to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Only candidates from the Orlando, FL area (or within 50 miles) will be considered at this time.
Inbound Sales/Call Transfer Incentive Plan includes Weekly

This position offers flexible work options and can be performed in one of the following arrangements, based on business needs and candidate preference:
* Remote: Work from home full-time.
* On-site: Work from our Southpark Center Office Location in Orlando, FL.
* Hybrid: A combination of remote and on-site work, with specific days in the office as agreed upon with your supervisor.

Role Overview
We're looking for a confident, friendly, and professional Outbound Calling Contractor to join our team on a short-term, high-impact project. You'll be reaching out to business owners of residential building companies across Canada and the US, inviting them to an exclusive in-person event and ensuring they complete their registration.
This is not just about dials -- it's about quality conversations, strong follow-up, and driving registrations.
What You'll Be Doing
Calling a curated list of residential building company owners
Following a proven script (no freestyling) to invite them to a free, in-person event
Sending follow-up emails and texts via HubSpot
Reaching back out to interested contacts for 3 consecutive days until they register (or decline)
Logging every call, outcome, and task in HubSpot
Working through location-based call lists in batches (400-500 at a time)
Reporting directly to the co-founder with daily and weekly progress updates
You Must Have
Experience with outbound calling, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales
Strong call control skills -- you can hold the line and keep people engaged
A friendly, warm, and professional phone manner
High energy and resilience -- this is a high-volume campaign
Experience using HubSpot CRM for calling, emailing, and note-keeping
A fast, reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Availability to work during: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM AEDT (for US-based calls)

Goal: 222 event registrations
