Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned) Responsible for gathering design, coordination, testing and support of customer intelligence reporting and the analytic needs. May work as a liaison between IT and Business to ensure proper testing and implementation to meet critical market requirements required to function. May assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of a particular policy. Identify and implement best practices to communicate and publish. May Coordinate business requirements gathering meetings with business users of the company. Possibly establish practices to ensure and maintain relevant documents of system set up, user manuals, working practices reflecting changes of development.
