Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned) This position is primarily responsible for managing DOT regulated pipeline compliance and security (TSA) for Calpine's Pipeline operations in CA, TX, OR and AZ. The Pipeline Compliance Manager develops and reviews pipeline procedures ensuring they conform to Federal and State regulations, industry practices, and related standards. Major programs include Operations and Maintenance, Integrity Management, Operator Qualifications (OQ), Emergency Response, and Public Awareness. This position manages third party regulatory compliance, safety, and environmental consultants as needed for conducting compliance activities. This position develops and conducts employee training and drills or tabletop exercises for pipeline emergency response, The ideal candidate for this position will be highly self-motivated and able to work independently to maintain the highest levels of safety and compliance and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The economic impact of the Willow project will be sizable. According to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) estimates, Willow could generate between $8 billion and $17 billion in new revenue for the federal government, the state of Alaska, the North Slope Borough, and local communities. The initial phase of Willow development will include a new Willow Central Processing Facility, three drill sites, pipelines, roads, bridges, and supporting infrastructure. Position Overview Your responsibilities may include: Responsible for evaluating new Data Management capabilities and technologies to drive Commercial business results and innovation to propel Commercial organization's Data and Digital strategies. Accountable for building an integrated data foundation that connects cross-commodity data across the lifecycles of our Commercial assets to provide a 360-degree view of data to deliver insights and predictions. Responsible for conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the current Commercial data landscape to identify potential gaps in data management capabilities and formulate a roadmap for enhancement.
