Absolutely no ethics in dealing with employees. Long time employees get trashed without respect or severance pay.
There are none. Unless you are a big fan of monetary bonuses for “the big five” when their salaries are already extravagant.

I worked there for 43 years before being unceremoniously dumped without any reason given except my age.
Far below industry average with raises kept to a minimum, and opportunities for advancement non-existent.
We had, in my department, not a single person of color for the entire term of my long and faithful service.
I no longer work there, and feel disgusted that I ever wasted my time at such a dangerous job for virtual peanuts
