For some sport events Calumet give free tickets for its employees .
Almost everything. Calumet has lots of unqualified managers that I ever worked with. Incompetence and micro management are rampant. I can't work for some one that is so stupid that won't accept any suggestions or technological improvements and criticizes any details of your work looking to find mistakes. No positive enforcement or feedbacks. Horrible managers.

If you like to be micro managed by unqualified leaders, this is an excellent place to not start your careere.

Benefits are so few... cost cutting is always on reducing the few benefits that are There! Vacation days are way below industry standard.
