Good health insurance but cost a lot out of pocket.
Controlling environment in accounting. They were not trusting people.
Good health insurance
Pastor Mark Balmer had the best team. He was ousted by the elders because they wanted change and lied to the employees. They told us he had health dementia.
No favoritism. Don’t allow the head pastor’s son-in-law to be the compromise. How absurd to keep it in the family.
No preparation but 3 months in the HR director told me she was surprised that I was still there.
Very low compared to industry standards in the accounting field. One girl in accounting was there 10 years and was only making 15.00 an hour.
They do not hire African Americans which to me is prejudice.
Leaving at 3:00 every day.
