We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Employee Health to champion a thriving, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. Utilizing Calvary's patient care standards, geriatric standards of care, and within the New York State Nurse Practice Act plans, coordinates and is responsible for the daily operation and delivery of care in the Employee Health Services Department; provides urgent care to all Calvary Hospital employees, volunteers and visitors as a certified Nurse Practitioner, and serves as the nursing coordinator of the emergency management program.
