2005

Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2005.

2010

Since joining AxiomSL in 2010 he has been instrumental in establishing AxiomSL as the industry leader for risk and regulatory reporting.

Kroll Ontrack operated in 23 countries with 1500+ employees, and the company was sold to Providence Equity Partners in 2010.

2014

The primary objective of the assignment was to merge NYFIX, acquired by Ullink in late 2014, and transition the overall group from a founder-led business into a private equity-owned business.

Kristin also served as CEO of two Vista Equity Partners portfolio companies: MicroEdge, which was sold to publicly traded Blackbaud (Nasdaq: BLKB in 2014), and Social Solutions Global.

Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2014.

2015

Previously, she was with Advanced Computer Software Group as Group Finance Director, where she played a pivotal role in the sale of the business to Vista Equity Partners in March 2015.

Prior to joining PowerPlan in 2015, Charles was CEO of P2 Energy Solutions.

2018

He joined Calypso as CEO in April 2018 and is based in London.

Prior to Calypso/AxiomSL Karoline served as Chief People Officer at Itiviti recently acquired by Broadridge, previously she was CHRO at Ullink (acquired by Itiviti in 2018). During her time at Sungard/FIS she was in charge of the company’s global Talent & Performance strategy and implementation.

2021

Didier Bouillard serves as CEO of Calypso and AxiomSL, following the merger of the two companies in July 2021.
