It is largely down to this track record that Gavin established and led a $50M co-development with Lilly to create a new service organization targeted at improving clinical planning and trial design.

At Unisys with the role of practice head, Gavin grew the practice from zero to a $100M P&L. Previously to Unisys, Gavin initiated and led 2 startup organizations and was a Principal Consultant at Cap Gemini. Over the last few years Gavin has used his skills and experiences to support Private Equity organizations to drive organizational profitability and equity growth. He has achieved this through 3 core activities

1. Create business and technology strategies, within Healthcare and Life sciences, that align market needs with organizational capabilities

2. Develop and execute operational plans, normally around technology platforms, and establish high performing team

3. Develop corporate development deal that add non-dilutional value to drive early exits or increased multiples

• Has led global technology teams that delivered Analytics, Recruitment, Wearables, EHR, Genetics, direct-to-consumer apps and trial management solutions

• Has led corporate deals for Lilly, Allscripts and IQVIA
