ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS
Camino A Casa: this private insurance-based residential treatment program serving youth ages 12-17 overcome a wide range of mental health concerns through individual and group therapy, family therapy, and medication management. Camino a Casa also offers both a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP): this publicly funded residential program aims to provide a trauma-informed mental health treatment to address mental health symptoms that interfere with youth's functioning, as well as develop social, emotional, and self-regulatory skills that will increase safe behaviors and enhance emotional stability and resilience.
Transitional Youth Services: this program supports emancipated young adults ages 18-25 by providing them with housing and intensive case management services that assist them in becoming self-sufficient, independent, and well-adjusted adults in their communities
Community-Based Services: this program offers intensive home-based therapy and case management services with the goal of helping both privately funded and system involved youth, and their families maintain a healthy family and/or placement environment.
Non-Public School (NPS): our onsite WASC-accredited school serves students in grades K-12 who have needs that fall outside what a traditional classroom setting can provide. Our NPS specifically addresses students' IEP goals and provides a comprehensive and supportive learning environment where students in both our residential and community programs can thrive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicates critical information about each youth assigned to the treatment team. Communicates daily with members of the treatment team about the youth's progress.
Assists in developing daily and weekly goals for the assigned youth.
Provide behavioral coaching to the youth; individually and in group sessions, to assist in identifying/dealing with difficult feelings, and thoughts that result in maladaptive behaviors as well as teaching appropriate replacement behaviors.
Ensure effective crisis prevention and intervention through input and promoting awareness of safety plans and de-escalation strategies.

Provides required trauma-informed care, supervision, and treatment in accordance with milieu program and individual treatment plans. Facilitates youth in development of social skills, personal competence, individual responsibility, and self-esteem; provides positive reimbursement experiences.
Participates in individual youth therapy, family meetings and planning conferences.
Provides transportation as needed
Engages and participates in group recreation activities and events. Develops and assists in leading group activities, experiential outings, and activities of daily living.
Attends and participates in cottage/program and general staff training programs; attends out side training events and conferences as requested.
Cares for clothing, shelter, and other basic needs of assigned youth in a manner that contributes to achievement of treatment goals.
Provide crisis management and intervention and participates in Therapeutic Crises Intervention (TCI)-approved de-escalation of youth, as necessary.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This position plays a critical role in generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and executing strategic marketing and growth initiatives across all three companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of the services offered across Tax Prose, Privity CPA, and PPS Solutions to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Identify and engage prospective clients through outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
Develop and maintain segmented mailing and outreach lists for campaigns and events.
Guide new clients through our onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the appropriate internal team.
Cultivate and manage relationships, providing timely support and maintaining high-touch communication.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns.
Research and identify speaking engagements, sponsorship opportunities, and community-based marketing initiatives.
Coordinate and implement business development plans aligned with annual firm goals.
Track performance metrics and ROI on campaigns, sponsorships, and lead-gen efforts.
Assist in managing marketing and sponsorship budgets across all three companies.
Use CRM tools like HubSpot to log interactions, build pipelines, and monitor follow-up activity.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
Help develop internal knowledge tools, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Work cross-functionally with firm leadership and tax professionals to align strategies and close deals.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in tax, legal, or professional services.
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and timelines independently.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Additional Skills:
Negotiation and deal-closing experience with a focus on long-term client value.

Under direction of the Recreation Supervisor II or Recreation Coordinator, the position is responsible for the physical set up and tear down of equipment used for facility classes / events / rentals and for clean-up of the facility. The position also monitors events and facility rentals. The work schedule and hours will vary but this position is primarily weekday hours, with occasional weekend hours.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to:
Setting up and breaking down rooms (furniture, equipment, etc.) used for classes, meetings, private parties, and other special events.
Cleaning of facilities including the lobby, multipurpose rooms, restrooms, kitchen, offices, reception area, and other areas before, during and after facility use to ensure a clean and orderly appearance. This may include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, removing trash and recycling, cleaning restrooms, window cleaning, wiping of surfaces, and other related tasks.
Assisting with equipment and furniture needs for events and facility rentals.
Using District software to review facility rentals and classes to understand set up and needs.
Maintaining complete and accurate reports / records.
Opening/closing facility, including unlocking/locking doors, operating alarm system and lights.
Minor building and equipment maintenance and repair.
The position may perform other related work as assigned.
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of building maintenance or related experience. Basic understanding of building cleaning methods and procedures; knowledge of the materials, supplies and equipment utilized in cleaning activities. Knowledge of safe use of cleaning products and chemicals. Ability to read and understand written instructions, use good judgment in carrying out written or oral instructions. Ability to operate general office equipment and mechanical cleaning devices.
License / Certification: Graduation from high school or equivalent required. Must possess a valid California driver's license and demonstrate a good driving record. At time of interview, applicant must provide a Motor Vehicle Report (not more than 30 days old) from the Dept. of Motor Vehicles and a copy of diploma or GED certification.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS
Position will require standing or walking 90% of the time or more; some to occasional lifting, carrying and pushing or pulling loads to 60 pounds; occasional lifting to 100 pounds; frequent bending, occasional kneeling/squatting, climbing stairs/ladders, crawling, working on rough or uneven terrain, some reaching overhead/stretching and the necessary dexterity for handling and operating equipment. This position may require the operation of some or all of the following equipment: vacuums, waxing machine, shampooing machine, various had tools (drills, saws, etc.), and District vehicles.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and submit accurate invoices to private insurance companies and government agencies within a reasonable time frame including meeting the month end deadlines.
Verify billing information for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate approvals, including verification of proper billing codes.
Utilize billing software/systems to generate and process invoices efficiently.
Verify insurance benefits and obtain initial treatment authorizations from private insurance companies.
Record and reconcile payments received from insurance companies and government entities. Update financial records and databases with payment details. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment records.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients, insurance companies, or government agencies to ensure prompt payment. Communicate professionally and effectively to resolve payment issues or discrepancies.
Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection activities.
Generate reports on billing, payments, and collections activities as needed.
Understand and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
Ensure Medi-Cal eligibility or private insurance arrangements for new admissions. Regularly update and re-verify Medi-Cal eligibility on a monthly basis.
Liaise with County contacts to address billing issues and manage Service Authorization Requests (SARs).
Process Payer Financial Information (PFI) forms for clients as necessary.
Generate and distribute weekly Census reports for various programs. Add new client information to the financial software/database.
Engage in cross-training across other support services within the Finance department.
Provide assistance in other positions within the department as required.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate degree (AA), preferred; or equivalent from two-year college or technical school to include emphasis in Finance / Accounting / Administrative Support; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two to four years of experience and in-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as insurance requirements, authorizations, and coverages, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and third-party payers. Ability to write reports and business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, and ratios.
