Cambia Health Solutions CEO and leadership

Jared provides oversight of major operations associated with Cambia's Blue-branded health insurance subsidiaries across four states. This includes Customer Service, Claims Administration, Group and Individual Enrollment, Government Programs and the Federal Employee Program, Account Management, Insurance Product Development, eProducts and Services, Regence market presidents, Health Care Services and the Regence subsidiaries of Healthcare Administrators Inc., and Asuris Northwest Health. Jared was named President of Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon in 2009 and was responsible for Oregon sales, provider contracting and government and community relations. He came to that position after serving as chief marketing and underwriting officer at BlueCross BlueShield of Montana. He first joined the company in 2000 as a Financial Analyst. He also managed corporate research and reporting, was Assistant Director of Business Intelligence and led the company's consumer-directed health systems. Jared is on the board of directors for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Federal Employee Plan and for TriWest Healthcare Alliance. He serves on the board of directors for Trillium Family Services, the Oregon Zoo, the Portland Metropolitan area Boys & Girls Clubs and the Oregon Business Association, and serves on the Oregon Health Improvement Plan Committee. Jared received his Bachelor of Science degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.

Angela Dowling is a Chief Revenue Officer at Cambia Health Solutions, Chief Revenue Officer at Regence Bluecross Blueshield, and President:Market at Regence Bluecross Blueshield. She has worked as VP:Sales at Regence Bluecross Blueshield. Angela works or has worked at Payne Financial Group, Hewitt Assoc., and United Health Care.

Cheryl is the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President, Health Care Services, of Cambia Health Solutions. Prior to joining Cambia, she was the President of Caluent, a healthcare data analytics company, and Clinical Professor of Medicine and Population Health at NYU Langone Medical Center. She also served as Walgreen Co.’s first Chief Medical Officer and as Aetna’s Head of Clinical Products.

Cheryl is a recognized leader in addressing gaps in care and cost among underserved populations. She is the Board Chair for the Association of Black Cardiologists and a board member with Tactile Medical and US Acute Care Solutions, as well as a previous board member with the Care Continuum Alliance.

Janet Campbell is a Chief of Staff at Cambia Health Solutions and is based in Portland, Oregon. She has worked as Manager, Project Management Practice at Cambia Health Solutions; Program Manager, Health Care Exchanges at Cambia Health Solutions; and Senior Project Manager at Cambia Health Solutions. Janet studied at University of Portland.

Kirk Anderson is a Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Cambia Health Solutions and is based in Portland, Oregon. He has worked as Enterprise Security Architect at Regence BlueShield, Director Information Security at WebMD Health Corp, and Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Cambia Health Solutions. Kirk attended University of Illinois Urbana Champaign between 1988 and 1993.

He is passionate about engineering and technology, laser focused on execution with unyielding integrity.Prior to Cambia, Laurent has been on a multi-industry global journey focused on innovation and delivering results. He developed breakthrough advanced materials for high performance European automotive applications; held transformational global software and technology leadership roles across oil and gas, broadcasting and energy industries; and has more than a decade of P&L leadership roles in health IT products, diagnostic imaging, solution and market development in the US, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Laurent is a Franco-American national, French educated in West Africa, France & Switzerland with two Engineering Degrees in Materials Science from Brown University. Laurent has lived on 4 continents, traveled 6, and currently resides in Seattle. Laurent is married to Amy, proud father of 4 and 2 dogs. He is an avid traveler, runner, cyclist, nordic and alpine skier.
