Mr. Gorman is Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Gorman became CEO in January 2010 and Chairman in January 2012. He joined the Firm in February 2006 and was named Co-President in December 2007. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Gorman held a succession of executive positions at Merrill Lynch. Prior to this, he was a senior partner of McKinsey & Co. and began his career as an attorney in Melbourne, Australia. Among his civic activities, Mr. Gorman serves as a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Council on Foreign Relations, and is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Columbia Business School, the Monetary Authority of Singapore International Advisory Panel, the Business Council, and the Board of the Institute of International Finance. Mr. Gorman, who was born in Australia, earned a B.A. and Law degree from the University of Melbourne and an M.B.A. from Columbia University

David Michael Solomon (born c. 1962) is an American investment banker, and the chief executive officer (CEO) of Goldman Sachs, a position he has held since October 2018. He has also been chairman of the bank since January 2019. Before assuming his role as CEO, Solomon was president and chief operating officer from January 2017 to September 2018, and was joint head of the investment banking division from July 2006 to December 2016. Solomon formally succeeded Lloyd Blankfein, the previous CEO, on October 1, 2018, and was named chairman after Blankfein's retirement.

Mortimer J. "Tim" Buckley (born 1969) is an American executive at The Vanguard Group. The Vanguard Board elected him unanimously to succeed F. William McNabb III as chief executive officer upon McNabb's retirement at the end of December 2017.

John S. Koudounis is an American business executive who currently serves as president and chief executive officer for Calamos Investments. Previously he was the president and chief executive officer for Mizuho Securities USA Inc., a subsidiary of Japanese banking holding company Mizuho Financial Group He is a regular commentator for television and financial news programs including Fox Business, CNBC, CNN, Bloomberg, and others. At 44 years of age, Koudounis was the youngest CEO of any Wall Street firm when he was appointed in 2010.

Michael C. Bodson is President and Chief Executive Officer of DTCC. He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of DTCC’s principal operating subsidiaries, DTC, FICC and NSCC, and a member of DTCC’s board of directors. In his prior position as DTCC’s Chief Operating Officer, Michael had enterprise-wide responsibility for all Information Technology and Operations and oversaw DTCC Deriv/SERV LLC and EuroCCP. He previously served as Chairman of various DTCC subsidiaries, including Deriv/SERV and Omgeo. Michael joined DTCC in 2007 as Executive Managing Director for Business Management and Strategy. Prior to this, he held a number of senior management positions with Morgan Stanley over a 20-year period. In his last position at Morgan Stanley, Michael was Global Head of the Institutional, Retail and Asset Management Operations department. He previously served as Divisional Operations Officer for the Institutional Securities Group and Head of the Enterprise Information Group. He served as Head of Finance, Administration and Operations for Morgan Stanley Japan in Tokyo, and prior to that, he held similar responsibilities for Morgan Stanley Asia in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Bodson worked at Bear Stearns and Price Waterhouse. Michael is a CPA and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College. He currently is a member of the Board of Digital Asset Holdings, American Red Cross Metropolitan New York North Region and is a trustee of the World Economic Forum’s Financial Services Initiative.

Scott C. Nuttall (New York) is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of KKR. He joined KKR in 1996. Most recently, he was the head of KKR’s Global Capital and Asset Management Group, where he was responsible for overseeing KKR’s Public Markets & Distribution businesses, which includes Credit, Capital Markets, Hedge Funds and our Client & Partner Group. He has played a significant role in driving the strategic development of KKR for the last 15 years, including his leadership on KKR’s public listing, developing the firm’s balance sheet strategy, helping build KKR’s platforms in the credit and hedge fund space and creating the firm’s capital markets and capital raising businesses. Mr. Nuttall also serves on KKR’s Balance Sheet Committee and the firm’s Inclusion and Diversity Council. He is currently a member of the board of directors of First Data Corporation, a KKR portfolio company. Prior to joining KKR, he was with the Blackstone Group where he was involved in numerous merchant banking and merger and acquisition transactions. He received a B.S., summa cum-laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. He has served on the board of various non-profit institutions with a particular focus on education, most recently as Co-Chairman of Teach for America - New York.
