David S. Chernow has served as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2014. He served as the Company’s President since December 2010. He held the additional titles of Chief Administrative Officer from March 2012 to August 2013, Chief Development and Strategy Officer from January 2011 to March 2012, and Chief Strategy Officer from September 2010 to December 2010. He previously served on the Company’s Board of Directors from August 2005 to September 2010. From May 2007 to February 2010, Mr. Chernow served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Oncure Medical Corp., a national network of cancer treatment centers. From 2001 to 2007, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of JA Worldwide (formerly known as Junior Achievement).
