The Role: Assistant Community Manager
As our Assistant Community Manager, you'll be the right hand to the Community Manager-helping keep the community running like a well-oiled machine. From leasing and resident retention to reporting and compliance, you'll have your hands in a little bit of everything-and play a vital part in creating a community residents are proud to call home.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day will be dynamic and meaningful, including:
Supporting efficient daily operations of the community
Entering accurate resident data into our property software system
Assisting with reports, compliance documents, HUD recertifications, and lead paint forms (if applicable)
Supervising staff in the Community Manager's absence
Managing resident and maintenance files, collections, and evictions
Participating in hiring and onboarding of on-site staff
Leading leasing efforts and resident renewals using proven sales techniques
Helping design and implement community engagement efforts like newsletters, events, and referral programs
Ensuring all on-site staff maintain professional appearance and behavior
Responding courteously and promptly to residents, vendors, and prospects
Collecting and recording rent payments, and making daily bank deposits
Reporting unusual property or resident circumstances
Assisting with marketing, community outreach, and special projects
Attending industry events and seeking professional development opportunities
Always upholding fair housing laws and CIG Communities policies and procedures
What You Bring
You're organized, outgoing, and ready to take initiative. Your ideal background includes:
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years of related experience or training in property management or customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
Familiarity with property management software (a plus, but not required)
A passion for helping others and creating great resident experiences
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Job Summary
Looking for a QA Lead to build and own the QA function from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity to define how quality is ensured across an AI-driven product used by enterprise customers.
You will work closely with engineering and product to establish QA processes, embed quality practices into delivery workflows, and ensure a high bar for reliability as the platform scales.
This role is process- and outcomes-focused rather than code-heavy or people-management-driven.
Responsibilities
Design and implement the entire QA strategy from scratch

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Liaise with a complex team of qualified & experienced architects, designers, planners, consultants, city officials and contractors.
Ensure projects are managed and completed satisfactorily, meeting all the different criterion and within budget timelines and costs.
Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, project set-up with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors.
Assure design conforms to contractual agreement with clients.
