We are currently seeking a Schedules Manager to support operations in Norfolk, VA. This is a full-time, CONUS position requiring an active DoD Top Secret clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award with an expected award date of March 2026. What You'll Do As a Schedules Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating and maintaining accurate program schedules to ensure timely delivery of mission-critical projects, that serve U.S. government missions. You will: Support program execution by maintaining and updating project schedules in coordination with engineering, operations, and project management teams. Track key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to help ensure projects remain on schedule. Facilitate regular schedule reviews with project stakeholders to capture updates, risks, and changes. Assist in identifying scheduling conflicts and support efforts to deconflict tasks across teams and sites. Maintain scheduling tools, trackers, and reports to provide visibility into progress and upcoming activities. Prepare routine schedule status updates, briefings, and documentation for internal leadership and customers. Support basic schedule change documentation, version control, and coordination with program management. Gain working knowledge of project workflows, DevSecOps environments, and customer operations to support continuous process improvement. Provide administrative and coordination support during proposal efforts or critical project timelines as needed. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications: Education & Experience: BS + 5 years of experience in scheduling, project coordination, operations planning, or a related role within government, defense, or regulated environments. Experience using scheduling or project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Certifications: Must have a current and active DoD Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a SCI. Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies Preferred (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, or engineering project environments. Experience supporting integrated schedules or multiple concurrent projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in 24/7 operations, that serve U.S. government missions. You will: Is a member of a 24/7 support team responsible for overseeing daily operations. Must be able to work within a team standing a rotating watch to ensure project deliverables. Be able to monitor operations and to include mission and support systems (generators, HVAC, etc.) and leverage a wide range of accesses and technical tools to immediately fix many of the technical issues that hinder the mission. Monitor IT mission equipment including, servers, clients, routers, switches, telecommunications cabling, etc. Provide basic troubleshooting skills to resolve problems.
