Review all rental applications for criminal and credit background history and lease forms for accuracy and compliance with resident policy; check all leases for accuracy and completion. Complete resident move-in sheet with resident; ensure utilities are transferred. Understand rental agreement and residency policies and be able to explain them to residents. Maintain waiting list files of eligible applicants and files of removed/rejected applicants from beginning to end of lease-up period. Supervise and implement move-in and move-out procedures.
