The Process Tech II takes full ownership of the various processes in the injection molding department and specifically in their assigned area. Their main responsibilities are directed at maintaining optimum daily performance, run efficiency and repeatability of all the Injection department's molds and machinery. The Process Tech II performs accurate, efficient mold set-ups and start-ups daily, maintaining high level machine output and utilization for assigned cell.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Performs all Set-Up Tech I and Set-up Tech II responsibilities including mold preparation, mold removal, mold installation, and robot and secondary equipment set-up.
Demonstrated ability for maintaining maximum utilization/up time on machinery in assigned area.
Daily monitors all running jobs for adherence to department standards including part quality, cycle time, and part weight conditions.
Takes initiative to troubleshoot and resolve any processing range issues that are abnormal or outside of standard operating procedures.
Works closely with the Sr. Tech Supervisor, Engineering department, Mold Shop, Scheduling and Quality Control departments to perform mold/material testing. Accurately documents test results and makes recommendations.
Strong initiative to perform mold changeovers and lead group efforts to meet schedule adherence requirements. Ability to train others on proper set-up and start-up procedures.
Assists in identification, recommendation and implementation of new procedures to improve department's safety, efficiency and profitability goals.
Provides technical support to other set-up technicians to fine tune jobs to maximize output; reduce cycles, part weights and help increase department profit margins.
Recognizes and corrects safety hazards as they are identified.
Ensures that production areas are kept clean and orderly.
Maintain reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, and dependable in order to meet the needs of the department and the organization.
Execute each essential duty satisfactorily in order to perform job successfully.
Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.
Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, open to receive and give feedback, and treats everyone with respect.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to solve practical processing related problems in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Excellent knowledge of the injection molding process, materials, molds, and machinery. Demonstrated ability to lead a group of people to accomplish a predetermined goal. Knowledge to perform all aspects of the utility, material handler, and all set-up technician levels.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous mechanical/electrical/hydraulics training or experience helpful.
Scientific Injection Molding, Paulson Practical Injection Molding (Advance).

Collects microbiological and product samples for testing and evaluation.
Performs checks of product quality against specifications.

About the Role
Our client, a major new attraction in Times Square, is seeking an AV/IT Technician (Junior Support Engineer) to join the Technology Operations team. This position plays a key role in supporting the attraction's dynamic technology infrastructure-including IT systems, AV and lighting equipment, networking, ticketing, and digital signage systems.
The IT Technician will work closely with the Manager and VP of Technology Operations to ensure smooth, reliable performance of both internal and guest-facing technologies. Key Responsibilities
Technology Operations & System Maintenance
Provide daily technical support for IT infrastructure, network connectivity, servers, and hardware systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain firewall security, remote access, VPN systems, and mobile device management.
Perform system updates, upgrades, and backups to ensure stability and data integrity.
Support building-wide internet operations and networking systems.
Audio Visual (AV), Lighting & Digital Signage Support
Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot AV and lighting control systems throughout the building.
Support immersive technology, projection, and digital signage installations.
Manage and maintain radios, cameras, microphones, and other AV assets.

Ticketing & Point of Sale (POS) Systems

The Role:
The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for performing the development or improvement of production equipment, processes and methods. The typical cycle includes conceptualizing and developing prototypes as well as testing and perfecting designs.

Job Description
The candidate will work in a team work environment, perform battery testing and battery charging duties, may assemble small size battery packs and related sub-assemblies when needed. Candidate must be a team player with demonstrated skills and abilities, or the fast learner in assembly manufacturing, material handling, soldering, wiring and ability to comprehend basic prints and wiring diagrams. The candidate may perform a variety of tasks in accordance with their training, experience, and skill as assigned by their Lead or Supervisor including:
Assemble small size battery packs and related sub-assemblies according to specifications and drawings.
Spot soldering and welding for electrical board (PCB).
QC Testing and RMA analysis.
Perform battery testing according to the defined procedures.
Perform battery charging according to defined operating procedures.
Perform proper data recording.
Report issues and troubleshooting issues identified during the testing.
May assist with new battery pack design.
May assist with existing battery pack design improvement.
Qualifications
College degree in engineering
Attention to details and responsible work attitude
Excellent hand-eye coordination, hands-on, manual dexterity
Ability to read/listen carefully to follow instructions and procedures
Team player with good communication, interpersonal skills
Ability to use common sense to solve practical problems.
Electrical-related knowledge and training are plus.
Experience in electrical assembly and soldering is a plus.
Additional Information
Salary DOE $20-$23/hr. Eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance and 401K with company match, paid holidays. Work schedule is Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
