Nothing.
High workload, high stress. Management is awful, they work against their employees instead of for them. Pay is ridiculously low. The building is filthy and dangerous with osha violations and people spitting on the floors throughout. The diversity work up on this page is incorrect as 80% is Hispanic with 6% being white, the language barrier is extremely difficult. Lots of addicts in this place, people nodding out on lines and coming in drunk. Overall, this is a terrible place to be a part of.
