Position Summary:
The Portfolio Manager Commercial Real Estate Division provides service and support to commercial loan customers and commercial banking officers and assists in the development and management of loan account relationships which comply with established loan policies. This role is responsible for examination, evaluation, and authorization of customer loan requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Interview loan applicants, collect and analyze information which reflect credit worthiness of customer and merits of new loan requests and existing loans
Serve as the first point of contact in communication and resolving issues for existing customers
Assist commercial banking officers to prepare for loan closings, such as completing the commercial loan input form, coordinating the closing, attending the loan closing, post-closing memos, follow-up items with attorney if necessary, etc.
Establish and negotiate loan terms under the supervision of a commercial banking officer
Monitor reports and follow existing loans to ensure conformity with terms, monitor portfolio to identify developing trends. Oversee loan payments and take necessary measures to collect past due accounts
Ensure appropriate risk ratings, maintain current file memoranda, financial statements, and condition of electronic credit files
Review and analyze financial statements and collateral evaluations, detailed DSCR review
Review construction requisitions and Conduct Site Inspections
Assist with analyzing financial and covenant tracking reports and testing of complex covenants
Review loan documents
Basic Qualifications
:
Bachelors' / 4-year college degree or equivalent to 3-5 yrs. in Commercial Banking and/or pertinent commercial real estate experience, including credit analysis and/or commercial credit underwriting
Extensive Knowledge/Experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Commercial Real Estate financing
Extensive knowledge of loan policy
Experience with Complex Loan structures, Large Dollar loans and portfolios and high net worth borrowers
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to solve complex financial data sets and review complex financial portfolio data
Ability to manage Commercial Portfolios of $200 million or more
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills
Supervisory Skills:
Dotted line or indirect responsibilities for a segment/function of the organization

The Client Relationship Associate (CRA) supports the KPB Relationship Manager and field team to manage their client book, grow, expand and retain client relationships. Identify opportunities to retain and expand relationships. Gather information from the client and consult with the KPB Officer.
Assist relationship team in client contact strategy (inviting clients to events, sending whitepapers, meeting follow-ups, etc.) and proactive client outreach (regarding eligible products, scheduling relationship reviews, and identifying opportunities).
Educate clients on digital or alternative resources, such as contact center support, wire transfer agreements, online mobile banking, mobile deposits, online transfers and bill pay, online statements, disputing a transaction etc.
Provide financial planning support to both advisors (data collection/input, etc.) and clients (providing technical support and assistance when clients need guidance).
Proactively look for opportunities to improve client experience (identify pain points, gaps, process improvements) and escalate client issues as needed.
Works with team to plan and manage client events, attending as needed.
Adopt and fully leverage centralized service task queue (Salesforce Task Queue) to direct service-related work away from field and to Client Service Associates. This includes submitting service tasks to the Task Queue as well as encouraging field teams to right channel service work directly to the Task Queue.

Position Summary:
The Fraud Mitigation Analyst is responsible for mitigating fraud risk for Camden National Bank by identifying, investigating, and remediating fraudulent activity. The Fraud Mitigation Analyst will complete the day to day fraud prevention operations across the various payment streams in order to prevent losses for the bank, customers, and shareholders. When implementing new fraud prevention methods, this role is responsible for ensuring there is an appropriate balance between risk and customer experience. Additionally, this role is responsible for proactively identifying new opportunities for fraud detection and procedural efficiencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Identify suspicious, anomalous, or fraudulent account activities which could pose a risk to customers or the bank
* Review fraud alerts, identify potential trends, and respond timely with appropriate action taken
* Effective communication on current fraud cases to management and leadership
* Provide recommendations to mitigate losses related to current fraud trends
* Responsible for remaining current on fraudulent activity that is trending in the market
* Monitor and report fraudulent activity that meets Bank Secrecy Act reporting requirements
* Provide guidance, support, and education to business lines on fraud related matters

Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. This job is responsible for originating loans for clients with residential mortgage needs and is the primary lending specialist working full time within the financial center. Position Summary:
The Fraud Mitigation Analyst is responsible for mitigating fraud risk for Camden National Bank by identifying, investigating, and remediating fraudulent activity. The Fraud Mitigation Analyst will complete the day to day fraud prevention operations across the various payment streams in order to prevent losses for the bank, customers, and shareholders. When implementing new fraud prevention methods, this role is responsible for ensuring there is an appropriate balance between risk and customer experience. Additionally, this role is responsible for proactively identifying new opportunities for fraud detection and procedural efficiencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify suspicious, anomalous, or fraudulent account activities which could pose a risk to customers or the bank
• Review fraud alerts, identify potential trends, and respond timely with appropriate action taken
• Effective communication on current fraud cases to management and leadership
• Provide recommendations to mitigate losses related to current fraud trends
• Responsible for remaining current on fraudulent activity that is trending in the market
• Monitor and report fraudulent activity that meets Bank Secrecy Act reporting requirements
• Provide guidance, support, and education to business lines on fraud related matters
• Contact customers to discuss fraudulent account activity and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with vendors on fraud related matters
• May be required to perform duties during weekends and non-business hours
• Perform in compliance with regulatory requirements, Risk Management Framework and internal Bank Policies and Policy Standards
Basic Qualifications
