Position Summary:
The Wealth Portfolio Manager II is responsible for investment due diligence, analytical and tactical research supporting the goals and objectives of CNWM portfolios and strategies. This position is also responsible for chairing investment team committees as determined by the CIO, communicating investment decisions regarding tactical selections, and maintaining oversight and responsibility of the approved investment options, and managing client portfolios in accordance with their investment objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Senior level investment research and analysis
Serve in Portfolio Manager capacity with all relevant responsibilities for individual and institutional clients, managing daily implementation of investment process for clients in accordance with their investment objectives
Ensure portfolios are within acceptable target asset allocation ranges per investment policy
Complete all Reg 9 investment reviews by system due date and document follow-up steps related to rejected reviews quarterly (at a minimum)
Conduct independent due diligence regarding markets, sectors and individual investment vehicles across all asset and sub-asset classes
Screen resources and tools to improve investment team capacity and scalability
Meet with third party vendors for market insights and technical data
Lead and/or actively participate in weekly investment team meetings as determined by CIO
Participate in meetings with current and prospective clients, CNB employees, external COIs and Board Members, as well as professional and community events; maintaining a positive, engaged profile to enhance the visibility of CNWM and CNB
In partnership with client/wealth advisors/trust officers, responsible for overall wealth management client experience
Support team by providing coverage for other team members during absences
Serve as a leader in the business unit's and Company's commitment to achieving our vision, embodying CNB's core values of Honesty & Integrity, Trust, Service, Responsibility and Excellence
Basic Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree
15 - 20 years investment management experience and/or training in the financial services industry and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong knowledge and prior experience of investment trading systems, Microsoft Excel and research databases
Solid understanding of CNWM compliance and regulatory commitments
Preferred Qualifications:
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or other applicable credentials
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret detailed financial reports, legal documents, and related correspondence
Ability to respond professionally to common inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, and/or members of the business community
Ability to effectively present information to top management, clients, public groups, and/or boards of directors
Strong proficiency in mathematical skills as it relates to investment analysis, portfolio construction/maintenance, risk and performance measurement
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to work successfully in a team environment and independently
Strong attention to detail is imperative to maintain the highest level of accuracy
Availability to travel as needed

The Credit Risk Analyst I will evaluate the nature and level of risk in the loan portfolio for effective recommendations to be made that will impact growth, strategy, and policy. This position will monitor changing industry, market, and economic conditions; analyze their effect on loan losses, and partner with teammates and supervisor to make recommendations for balancing risk and growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform analyses of loan portfolio performance and trends. Assist management in identifying emerging risks and overlapping trends. Collaborate and communicate with peers in Credit Risk, Credit, Special Assets, and lending areas to research and quantify potential risk.
Provide support for the loan loss reserve analysis provided to the board of directors, quarterly. This work involves performing key financial calculations, documenting support, and helping assess model accuracy and performance.
Assist with the production of the department's quarterly internal (Board) and external (financial disclosures, press release) reporting. This work includes being able to perform queries, validate data, and work within the company's reserve software to produce final reports provided to executive management, select board committees, and the full board of directors.
Prepare materials for internal and external audits and examinations of credit risk activities, functions, and policies, including Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) testing of internal controls.
Provide support for executive and board meetings facilitated by Credit Risk Administration including the preparation of agenda and meeting materials, preparation and distribution of meeting minutes.
Attend education courses and seminars to enhance job skills.
Basic Qualifications

Strong academic credentials, Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent
Intermediate in Microsoft Windows, Word, Power Point, and Outlook (or similar)

The Digital Banking Systems Administrator will display a mastery of Camden National Bank's Digital Banking Systems. Position Summary:
The Community Banker II is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing consumer & small business relationships within the designated territory. The Community Banker II will actively pursue new, home equity loans, mortgage loans, small business loans & deposits. Update CRM and sales tracker weekly.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all bank products and services.

Basic Qualifications

Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. **Responsibilities:**
- Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions
- Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client financial goals and needs
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended
**Schedule:**
- Monday - Fridays and rotating Saturdays
**Required Qualifications:**
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses. If you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days.

Position Summary:
The Residential Loan Closer II position is responsible for the preparation of residential mortgage closings in a timely and compliant manner to facilitate an outstanding and on-time closing experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Obtain necessary information (i.e. pre-CD, CNB Real Estate Tax Forms) prior to closing to process and complete the mortgage loan closing in accordance with TRID Regulations, specific loan products, investor guidelines and/or insuring/guaranty agency
Send out closing documents verifying all documentation for accuracy and completeness, requesting and receiving any necessary corrected documentation
Responsible for all subsequent CDs prior to the file being assigned to Post Closing
Prepare and track borrower's receipt of Closing Disclosure per TRID regulations
Collaborate with closing agents on final loan figures for the Closing Disclosure
Prepare closing packages for all types of Conventional, FHA, RD, MSHA, and VA loans in all states
Responsible for all Post Consummation CDs and any corrective closing documentation that may be required after the loan has funded
Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving with all parties to the loan before, during and after closing
Complete the appropriate milestones to send the loan to funding and ensure that all file alerts and compliance warnings are addressed
Board the loan to the servicing platform via CCMC bridge
Register loans with MERS within 3 days of the disbursement date and transfer loans on MERS platform within 3 days of the purchase advice date
Provide backup support on Home Equity Closings
Contribute to continuous service improvements and help implement process and procedures changes
Review documentation and underwriting conditions, verifying closing instructions and package are correct

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18.00 - $22.60 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
