This is a DCS Case Manager 2 position for the Drug Team in the Statewide Child Investigative & Referral Unit. This position is currently located in Carroll County.

Qualifications
Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to one year of full-time professional work providing child welfare services including, but not limited to, one or a combination of the following: social, psychological, or correctional counseling or case management; volunteer services coordination for a children's service program; and/or juvenile classification coordination.

Overview
This classification is responsible for professional case management work of routine difficulty, and performs related work as required. This is the working level class in the Children's Services Case Manager job series. An employee in this class is responsible for providing case management services to children under the State's supervision, in State custody, or at risk of State custody, and their families. This class differs from DCS Case Manager 1* in that an incumbent of the latter performs entry level case management work. This class differs from DCS Case Manager 3 in that an incumbent of the latter is responsible for training and leading other case managers.
Responsibilities
Determines if abuse or neglect has occurred, who the abuser is, the level of risk or harm to the child, determines the need for a safety plan, makes recommendations regarding permanency, monitors adoptive and foster families, recruits foster parents, conducts home visits, and coordinates/observes visitation.
Maintains documentation for case files and other required documentation. Prepares for, participates and testifies in court proceedings.
Conducts interviews with alleged child victims, individuals reporting alleged abuse or child neglect, child's family, and collateral contacts; gathers required information such as school records, demographic information, medical exam/psychological information, etc., identifies supports for children and families, administers client drug screens; and conducts required assessments/assessments of home. Conducts face-to-face visits with children, resource families, providers, kinship homes, and other relevant entities.
Works flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and after hours. Schedules appointments, meetings, visitation with children on caseload. Transports children to various appointments safely, assists children in preparing for placement, and sitting with children who are awaiting placement.
Communicates effectively and timely with others, engages with children and families to build trustful relationships, encourages clients to overcome barriers and achieve permanency, explains parental rights and other relevant documents to families, responds timely to families, providers, co-workers and supervision.
Convenes and identifies members for Child and Family Team Meetings to work collaboratively with all Child and Family Team Meeting participants. Develops action steps and goals to be accomplished by the Team.
Works within communities by making referrals to service providers on behalf of clients; collaborates with law enforcement officials and multi-disciplinary teams; trains foster parents, adoptive parents and community.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Shuttle/Yard Driver is a dual role. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for traveling to and from the plant site delivering items. They are responsible for the operating condition of the equipment they are in contact with, doing regular daily inspections of the equipment.
Yard Driver is responsive to the customer regarding the movement and spotting of trailers to facilitate the needs of the warehouse and plant in sorting and processing material for shipment or storage. The Yard Driver is also responsible for timely movements and thorough knowledge of on-hand equipment inventory. Daily inventory of equipment located in the yard.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Shuttle/Yard Driver:
* Responsible to maintain a neat and orderly storage lot oriented toward maximizing efficiency in servicing the customer needs.
* Responsible for accounting for records involving trailer numbers and position of vehicles.
* Must function and interact on a daily basis with warehouse supervisors and comply with warehouse safety requirements.
* Must communicate using cellular telephone or 2-way radio with operations, and warehouse personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
* Must maneuver trucks into loading and unloading position, following signal from loading crew as needed. Also place safety wheel chocks in front of wheel/tire to prevent the trailer from rolling. If pup trailer movement is involved; extra care must be taken on the placement of the trailer jack stand (when at dock, jack stand must be on the ground and in a locked position). If there is not a jack stand installed on the trailer the customer must be notified.
* Proper use of Airline/Electrical hookup/and Backing procedure is a must.

We're looking for a compassionate Hospice Chaplain to provide non-denominational spiritual and emotional support to patients and families facing end-of-life care. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll help ensure that no one walks this path alone.
What You'll Do as a Hospice Chaplain:
Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers in alignment with their beliefs and values.
Offer non-denominational, inclusive care that respects all faiths, spiritual traditions, and cultural backgrounds.
Serve as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, participating in patient care conferences and collaborating with nurses, social workers, aides, and medical staff.
Assess spiritual needs of patients and families and develop individualized spiritual care plans.
Conduct visits, prayers, blessings, and rituals as appropriate and requested by the patient or family.
Assist families during times of grief, loss, or transition, and provide bereavement support and counseling.
Build relationships with local faith leaders and community resources to support patients' and families' unique spiritual needs.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of spiritual assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
About You
The candidate must meet one of the following educational requirements:
Bachelor's degree in theology, religion, human services, counseling, psychology, or sociology (or as required by state-specific regulations)
A minimum of one unit of ACPE-accredited Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
Note: Degrees from accredited institutions are preferred. If a degree is from a non-accredited college or university, AVPO approval is required prior to hire.

POSITION SUMMARY
The WMS SuperUser Supervisor is responsible for the efficient transmission of information and the storage and analysis of information by means of computer networks and systems, the Internet, and computer databases. The WMS Super User Supervisor will provide general maintenance and system updates on network hardware and software, analyze problems, and monitor networks to ensure their availability to users. May gather data TO EVALUATE A SYSTEM'S PERFORMACE, IDENTIFY USER NEEDS, AND determine system and network requirements. May be required to be "on call" outside of normal business hours in order to resolve system failures or other problems. Will rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. WMS SuperUser Supervisor responsibilities include hiring and training, labor management planning, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations
* Acts as the primary support of the client's systems solutions for the user community
* Develops and maintains tracking tools for support service requests and resolutions by location and resource.
* Engages appropriate expert resources when complex support issues arise outside of the WMS and/or SAP application.
* Works with the company's team to successfully close support service request issues and support testing activities
* Works with project teams to help implement, maintain, and improve Internal Systems
* Ensures that company and company assets are maintained responsibly.
* Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to site management and client management (as appropriate)
* Maintains system efficiency. Will ensure the site's computer system allows all the components, including computers, the network, and software, to work properly together.

* Maintain communication with corporate IT and operations staff.
* Will work with corporate IT to resolve complex issues.
* In collaboration with IT determines ways to store, organize, analyze, use, and present data.

* Will ensure all RF Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are current.
