As you report directly to the Creative Director, you'll have the opportunity to shape compelling video and photo content that embodies the essence of Certified Angus Beef. The perfect candidate will possess strong expertise in video camera production, the Adobe Creative Suite, and a flair for color grading, motion graphics, and photo editing. Keep reading to learn about the role's essential functions, and preferred skills and experiences: Essential Functions: Video & Photo Editing * Transform raw footage into professional, eye-catching videos for YouTube, web, and social media using industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. * Bring creativity to life by designing and animating stunning motion graphics, branded titles, and transitions that elevate our product and promotional content. * Retouch and enhance photography for product pages, social media, and marketing campaigns with Adobe Photoshop. * Organize and manage all media assets to ensure a smooth and efficient post-production workflow. * Collaborate with the Creative Director and our talented team to brainstorm and execute innovative creative concepts. Videography (30%) * Be part of the action as you assist with in-studio and field video shoots, operating cameras, setting up lighting, and capturing pristine audio. * Become proficient in our Canon mirrorless camera systems (R5, R3) while maintaining a consistent workflow. Embrace the adventure of traveling to diverse locations, from urban settings to farms and international destinations, capturing the essence of our story. * Support the production process by helping with setup, breakdown, and assisting fellow crew members as needed. Travel: This position requires up to 25% work travel. This in-office (not remote) position is located in Wooster, Ohio. Education/Experience: Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: * Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, in agricultural communications, communications, journalism, visual media production, video production or photo/video journalism or a related field; and/or * A minimum of two years of professional video editing experience, complemented by a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop is a must. * Skilled in motion graphics design and post-production compositing. * Physically capable of lifting gear, traveling, and working outdoors in various environments. * Ability to take direction, manage time effectively, and thrive both independently and collaboratively. * Familiarity with AI tools that enhance content creation and editing workflows is a plus.
