Scope of Position: Work with the Camp Experience team to develop and deliver the full WinShape Camps for Communities palette of Production, Theme Development, and Event programming. Collaborate on the creation of transformative, age-relevant, Christ-centered experiences for Campers, Summer Staff, and Hosts who participate in WinShape Camps for Communities. Strong communication and relational skills. Experience in project management. Served at least one year on Summer Staff with WinShape Camps or another camp ministry is preferred, but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to work within a project management platform.
