Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced transactional lawyer to join our legal team and support PayPal's commercial legal team with a focus on agentic commerce initiatives and other strategic commercial work. You will be a key legal advisor and will partner closely with Sales, Product, and other crossโfunctional teams to craft deal strategy, analyze business goals and structure agreements, and close complex and highโimpact partnerships with leading merchants and platforms. You'll move comfortably between strategy and execution, set goals, and deliver results.

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with merchants, platforms, and partners, both in the agentic commerce ecosystem (e.g., OMS and product catalog providers, agent platforms, data providers, model/API suppliers) and across PayPal's broader commercial initiatives.
Structure transactions across licensing, data use and sharing, AI safety/usage restrictions, product integrations, goโtoโmarket, and strategic partnerships.
Provide timely, solutionโoriented advice to business partners on a wide variety of initiatives and issues, including payments, consumer protection, marketing, privacy and data protection, IP, and evolving AI/agent frameworks.
Collaborate with other stakeholders, including Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, Finance, and Regional Legal to develop deal strategies and resolve issues quickly.
Translate strategy into action: set goals, drive execution and results both independently and as part of a team, and contribute to the overall success of the legal department and PayPal.
Build and maintain templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and training that simplify and accelerate negotiations.
Manage a highโvolume pipeline: exercise strong risk assessment skills to balance risk thoughtfully with business goals and priorities.
Lead complex nonโagentic commercial deals across PayPal's products and services as needed.
Improve processes: streamline approvals, clarify roles, and enhance visibility to stakeholders.
Establish strong client relationships building trust and effectively translating complex legal concepts and issues into practical goal focused advice for senior business leaders.
Model excellent judgment and communication; mentor teammates and influence across functions.

What we're looking for:
Required
8+ years leading large commercial transactions for sales or similar functions (inโhouse and/or law firm).
Handsโon demonstrated experience supporting technology, fintech, or financial services companies.
Demonstrated success drafting and negotiating complex sales, marketing, licensing, and partner agreements with external parties.
Proven ability to issueโspot, propose practical solutions, and drive decisions in a fastโpaced environment.
Excellent negotiation, writing, and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, crossโfunctional stakeholders and external partners.

Summary: The Camp Host Lead is assigned to a selected recreation area (or cluster of smaller areas) within a larger recreation complex. This may include a large campground or day use area, or a cluster of campgrounds and use areas. The Lead Host reports directly to an Operations Manager, and is responsible for the personnel (including training, and scheduling), regular operations, financial accountability, facility maintenance, equipment use and care, tool use, care, and storage, within the assigned campground. Responsibilities:
Oversees the general operations within a permitted area; corrects any operational deficiencies in order to comply with Permit, Operating Plan and Company operating standards.
Supervises and trains hosts and maintenance personnel according to established procedures and develops effective working relationships with same.
Assists in conducting training workshops, including new hire orientation at the beginning of each season and ongoing safety tailgate meetings.
Maintains a good working relationship with fellow employees, governmental agency representatives, and the visiting public.
Handles visitor complaints and rules violations in a courteous and professional manner and seeks to resolve such situations quickly and effectively.
Troubleshoots and responds to situations as they occur within permitted areas.
Makes suggestions and recommendations to improve or streamline operations.
Performs manual labor tasks and may perform or supervise certain construction and maintenance tasks; assists maintenance personnel in the performance of routine duties.
All employees are required to clean bathrooms/Vault toilets as part of their duties.
Assists/participates in all phases of fee collection, facility and grounds maintenance tasks, and water and utility system testing as needed.
Secures, processes and maintains all records pertaining to deposits and revenues, and submits reports as directed.
Reports problems and any unsafe or hazardous conditions as they are discovered, and enforces rules according to Company customer service standards.

Team Overview
In this role, you are responsible for undertaking the most advanced and complex litigation handled by ADF, carrying the brunt of the day-to-day litigation, and training more junior attorneys to litigate within areas of particular interest to ADF. Supervise senior, midlevel, and junior attorneys in complex civil litigation with emphasis on First Amendment law and 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983 civil rights actions.
Key Responsibilities
Litigate complex cases at appellate and trial levels
Undertake immediate legal action in urgent circumstances
Exercise initiative as a senior attorney to investigate potential cases
Represent clients in court and before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies of government.
Supervise individual attorneys and team attorneys who are litigating federal and state civil rights cases
Review and edit substantive briefs
Participate in moot courts for appellate and trial cases
Train and mentor midlevel and junior attorneys in all phases of state and federal litigation.
Maintain superior quality of all legal papers via review and editing; conduct advanced legal research on novel issues of law
Interview clients and witnesses
Prepare and file legal briefs
Develops strategy, arguments, and testimony in preparation for presentation of case

Minimum Qualifications
