**Job Summary**
This position supports executing departmental projects, including successfully working independently on tasks. The incumbent coordinates programs, events, initiatives, and projects to advance the unit's mission and goals. Primary scope of responsibility will be within the Auburn Collaborative for College Access within the Division of Enrollment Management.

**Essential Functions**
+ Coordinates departmental projects as assigned by the unit supervisor.
+ Collects, develops, analyzes, and disseminates relevant materials.
+ Works in conjunction with the unit team members and/or student employees to support current programs, primarily summer program and overnight camps in May - August.

+ Attends related meetings and support committees and workgroups. Minimum Qualifications
* Have attended Auburn University for at least one year
* Enrolled and taking classes during the semester of employment; or
* Not enrolled in classes for the semester of employment, but enrolled in the previous semester and enrolled for the following semester.
* Be in good academic standing
* Be at least 19 years old on June 1, 2026, pass a background check, and possess a valid driver's license

Spend your summer at the beautiful Alabama 4-H Center, a full-service conference facility nestled within 264 acres of beautiful forestland on Lay Lake in Columbiana. Counselors in conjunction with ACES employees and volunteers lead campers (ages 9-18) through a variety of games, sports, nature classes, water activities and team-building activities in a safe and natural setting.
* All applicants must be 19 years of age or older before May 1st.
* Lifeguard Certification is required (lifeguard training offered during counselor training if needed).
* CPR Certification is required (CPR training offered during counselor training if needed)
* Ability to learn to safely facilitate High Ropes Elements (Climbing wall, Giant Swing, Clover Hop).
