We're looking for a Camp Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support for our five-week residential academic summer program in New York City. You will live on-site with students for the duration of the program and manage the operations of all daily classes and social activities. Writopia Lab, an award-winning 501(C)(3) nonprofit based in New York City runs the country's best creative writing workshops for kids and teens. We are looking for creative, passionate, and hard-working counselors to assist at WriCampia, our 12-day sleepaway camp in late August 2026. WriCampia is a creative writing and arts-oriented sleepaway camp for kids ages 10 to 18. Our young campers produce a range of works including stories, poems, plays, graphic novels, songs, and more, and share their work through showcases at the end of camp. The Afterschool Counselor is responsible for picking up children from their respective schools and bringing them to their 92NY Afterschool Clubhouse rooms (classrooms divided by grade).
