Job Description Visa is seeking an intellectual property (IP) attorney with significant experience in technology transactions and IP diligence in M&A to join its growing legal team that supports Visa's product and technology organizations. This role will report to a Vice President in Visa Legal who leads the Global IP function. The role includes responsibility for supporting Visa's mergers and acquisitions and ventures investment activity from an IP point of view, and advising both attorney colleagues and internal clients across Visa's business on a number of IP related issues in commercial deals and IP/technology transactions.
