Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to communicate with parents, campers, and staff with professionalism. Internalize art lesson plans, organize materials, set up activities, present project steps, and provide hands-on guidance to campers--encouraging artistic development and exploration. Collaborate with fellow Program Leaders to ensure the safety and success of campers. Plan and lead camp games and activities. Supervise pool time, both in the water and on deck, to promote safety. Foster kindness and respect among campers, implementing age-appropriate behavior management techniques. Program Leaders are responsible for leaving the camp site neat and orderly at the end of the camp day. Duties include maintaining accurate records and reports. Program Leaders attend meetings and training as requested, and perform other duties as assigned. Hours: Camp begins Monday, June 8, 2026, and runs through Friday, July 31, 2026.
