About the Role
What You Will Do:
The Lifeguard Lead will further the mission of the camp by providing supervision and ensuring a safe environment at the camp's water activities.
The Lifeguard Lead will assist in the management to the physical operation of the pool facilities and equipment.
How You Will Lead:
Supervise and evaluate lifeguard staff.
Supervise and guard all water activities:

Establish break schedule for Staff (30-minute break daily, lunch break, and additional break time on the evening of the overnight.) The staff will be more successful when breaks are incorporated into the daily schedule.
While spending the night on Thursday nights Tag Staff will stay with campers and provide supervision throughout the night.

At least 18 years old.
Current certification in First Aid and CPR. (Dellwood Day Camp with provide this certification).
