Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of a Leasing Coordinator:
As a Liberty Military Housing Leasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the team's sales goals. You will use our customer management program to consistently follow up with prospective residents, reach out to new applicants, assist customers through different methods of communication, run and produce reports for site and regional managers, design marketing flyers, audit lease paperwork, and update our website.
Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Assist prospective residents with information regarding the housing process.
Answer telephone, return missed calls, check voicemail, prospect follow up.
Ensures all lease paperwork is completed and entered into Yardi, audit leases.
Responding to and managing resident complaints and/or service issues and coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns.
Compile multiple daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Provide written and verbal communication to team, prospects, and residents.
Manage the lifecycle of residents and run report to audit program within LeaseHawk.
Contact all new applicants.
Create marketing flyers through LeaseLabs program.
Update our website regarding pricing and specials and work with site on changes that need to be made.
Post marketing ads and respond/follow up with leads.
Qualifications

Position Summary
The CampCounselor participates in the implementation of Girl Scout programming, ensures safety of the campers, and encourages the success of every camper. Tucked away in the charming suburbs of Long Beach, El Ranchito is a tree-lined high adventure day camp, where campers are encouraged to take safe risks that boost bravery and promote goal setting. Exciting, confidence-building outdoor activities include archery, low ropes, and a 32-foot climbing tower.
The camp operates with daily exposure to various weather conditions and animals such as bugs, raccoons, and other wilderness animals common to the area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the direction, supervision, and organization of campers throughout the camp to meet the intended camper outcomes.
Apply basic youth development principles in working with campers through communication, relationship development, respect for diversity, involvement, and empowerment of youth.
Ensure campers are properly supervised at all times.
Be alert to campers' needs and assist them with personal and/or health problems and discuss with the Health and Inclusion Specialist and/or Outdoor Program Supervisor when appropriate.
Participate in the development and implementation of program activities for campers within the mission and outcomes.
Lead and support activity instruction.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be 18 years of age or be a high school graduate by the start of camp.
Must be available for 8 weeks of day camp (June 15, 2026 - August 7, 2026) and training dates that will be scheduled prior to camp.
Must possess and maintain a valid CPR/First Aid Certification throughout the position's employment dates. Training will be available.
Must submit a basic health history form as set by the American Camping Association.
Must hold current archery and/or high ropes certifications or willing to obtain by the start of camp. Trainings will be available.
Ability to spend time sitting, utilizing the computer, and standing and walking throughout the facilities.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds periodically.

Coastal Roots Farm was incubated by the Leichtag Foundation in 2014 and received 501(c)(3) public charity status in 2015.
Position Overview
The
CampCounselor
position is an entry-level, seasonal position. We are looking for someone who:

Develop and implement programs and schedules for all areas of camp.
Take the lead in the creation of program facilitator guides and activity schedules.
Collect and evaluate camper surveys records; report and evaluate camp program and activity areas Evaluate the success of the program and the development of the campers' abilities and skills in various program activities.
Organize and deliver progressive program activities that align with camp objectives and suit camper abilities.

La Casita, a beautiful and historic camp cherished by generations of Girl Scouts, is nestled peacefully in the hillsides above Claremont. Adjacent to the Claremont Hills Wilderness Park, it is home to fascinating native plants and animals. There is no better place for girls to step away from the urban hustle and bustle and learn about the natural world and how humans can protect it.
The camp operates with daily exposure to various weather conditions and animals such as bugs, raccoons, and other wilderness animals common to the area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the direction, supervision, and organization of campers throughout the camp to meet the intended camper outcomes.
Apply basic youth development principles in working with campers through communication, relationship development, respect for diversity, involvement, and empowerment of youth.
Ensure campers are always properly supervised.
Participate in the development and implementation of program experiences and activities for campers within the mission and outcomes.
Responsible for co-leading and assisting with the teaching of activities.
Actively participate in all program areas as assigned with other camp staff.
Assist in program areas such as archery and all camp activities, as directed.
Maintain high standards of health and safety in all activities for campers and staff.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols. Ensure protocols are followed by camp staff.
Demonstrate proper camp procedures, sanitation, punctuality, and sportsmanship for campers and staff.
Provide outstanding customer service to families.
Be an inspiring role model by communicating clearly, building strong relationships, encouraging inclusivity, connecting with others, and motivating youth
Participate as a member of the camp team to implement and evaluate camp operations and programming.
Participate enthusiastically in all camp activities, providing support and guidance to those assigned as leaders.
Share observations and suggest improvements to the Outdoor Program Supervisor related to camp programming.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have completed both the CIT 1 and CIT 2 programs at a GSGLA Camp
Must be entering 12th grade in the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
Must obtain valid B1-1 and B1-4 work permit approved by school.
Must be available for 4 weeks of day camp (June 15, 2026 - July 10, 2026) and training dates that will be scheduled prior to camp.
Must possess and maintain a valid CPR/First Aid Certification throughout the position's employment dates. Training will be available.
Must submit a basic health history form as set by the American Camping Association.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds periodically.
Must possess endurance including prolonged standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching.
