Our Summer Overnight Camp - CLP Stewards will be a part of the summer leadership support staff - STEWARDS, which stands for staff team ensuring we all receive direct support. We are seeking a CLP Male Steward candidate to work alongside our CLP Female Steward. Together, they will help run the CLP program and work with our Adventure Trip staff to help facilitate the Buffalo River Adventure Trips.
The CLP (camper leadership program) stewards will work with our CLP Campers aged 15 & 16. Each CLP Camper session is two weeks; week one is all about learning to be leaders and includes the buffalo river kayak camping trip and week two is set at main camp and the CLP's will learn all that is involved in being a camp staff. The CLP Stewards will be responsible in helping develop future internal-hire summer staff candidates from these program participants.
